REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.

CANCELATION AND RESCHEDULING

New clients and “one off clean” clients will be asked to pay 50% of the quoted fee for the first service at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due immediately after the service has been performed.

One off bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning. After this point 50% of the total amount will be charged.

Regular cleaning clients and other services are paid by recurring payments, which must be made on or before the day of the cleaning. Any cleanings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will be charged in full.

Hit Service Of America LLC does not offer refunds. In the unfortunate event that a client is not happy by a service carried out by Hit Service Of America LLC , the issue must be raised with us within 24hrs of completion of the service. Once we establish the claim is reality based, we will rectify the issues at no extra cost to the client within 48hrs.

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with Hit Service Of America LLC !

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. In the unfortunate event that a client is not happy by a service carried out by Hit Service Of America LLC, the issue must be raised with us within 24hrs of completion of the service. Once we establish the claim is reality based, we will rectify the issues at no extra cost to the client within 48hrs. This will not apply if you are home upon completion. If you are home and notice that the cleaner overlooked something, please don’t keep it to yourself, tell the cleaner to re-clean the area or call our office before the cleaner leaves your home. Please contact the office as soon as possible during our normal business hours. Hit Service Of America LLC has a 24 HOUR WARRANTY PERIOD from the day of completion of the cleaning. If we have missed an area, damaged or broken an item, please call within that time frame and we will come out and re-clean the area in question. We work very hard to avoid these issues by training our staff to be careful and detail oriented, and by inspecting our work. Complaints filed more than 24 hours after the completion of cleaning fall outside the warranty period, and unfortunately may not be covered. Hit Service Of America LLC will not be held responsible for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage.

Hit Service Of America LLC is not responsible for not completing or providing the Service as a result of a breach of a warranty by the Customer (including a failure by the Customer to provide utility services, a safe working environment or unencumbered access to the Premises); not completing or providing the Service as a result of the Cleaner not proceeding for health and safety reasons; any loss or damage incurred by the Customer or any third party as a result of the effects of a force-majeure, being any event beyond the reasonable control of Hit Service Of America LLC; not completing or providing the Service due to an act or omission of the Customer or any other person at the Premises during provision of the Service; existing dirt, wear, damage or stains that cannot be completely cleaned or removed; any wear or discoloration of fabric or surfaces becoming more visible once dirt has been removed; any loss incurred as a result of any breakage or damage to goods, items of value (including antiques, items of sentimental value) or the Premises; or the cost of any key replacement or locksmith fees, unless keys were lost by Hit Service Of America LLC or the Cleaners.

Payments

Payments are due prior to the services as 50% security deposit for first time customers the remaining balance should be charged upon completion of service. 

Regular cleanings and other service clients are charged for by recurring payments, which must be made prior to or on the day of the clean.

For your convenience, we gladly accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover. We do not accept cash for any reasons.

Appointment Arrival Time Windows

If you wish to be present during a cleaning visit, please be advised that we offer arrival windows of around 1 hour, such as between 9am – 10am or 10am – 11am.

Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, blockages, etc. If we happen to be late for your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible and provided with a new estimated arrival time.

Lifting

Our employees are very important to us, and we are determined to keep them safe, so they do not use tall ladders or move anything heavier than 15 lbs. These types of activities put our technicians in danger of back injury or could even damage something in your home such as scratches on your wood floors…. If you would like us to clean behind furniture like a sofa, couches, bedframe, or appliances such as an oven, refrigerator, please move it prior to the cleaning visit to allow access to the area.

Tipping

Although it’s not necessary to tip our employees it is encouraged, and of course the best way to say job well done! You may include your tips with your payment and we will pass them along to the technician or give it to them directly.

Lock Outs

A full amount of the job (100% total amount) fee will be assessed in the event that our cleaning associates arrive and are unable to access the premises. Our technician has 30 minutes waiting windows and will try to reach customers by phone, email or text messages. This fee is in place to cover expenses we incur for lost travel time, schedule damage and fuel cost.

Credit Card Fee & GST/Taxes

We never charge a credit card payment fee. But we collect GST or sales tax of NJ (6,625%) in all applicable services.

Additions And Amendments

Any changes to the Service to be provided must be agreed by Hit Service Of America LLC prior to the Service Time. If the Customer requires any additional services or variations at the time the Service is being performed, the Customer must first contact by telephone, who may agree to provide the additional services in its absolute discretion, any additional or substitution of service will be reviewed and such may be subjects to extra charge accordingly to the subject of addition and the subject of substitution’s price eligible by the Hit Service Of America LLC price book. The technicians/cleaners are authorized to agree to any changes to the Service being provided. All additional services may not be provided at the same day (appointment time) various by available technician/cleaners schedule.

No Engagement Of Cleaners

The Customer acknowledges Hit Service Of America LLC invests significant resources in recruiting, selecting and training its Technician. Unless Hit Service Of America LLC gives prior written permission, the Customer must not, directly or indirectly, engage, employ or contract with any Technician/cleaners to provide domestic services to the Customer or any associate of the customer for any period during which services are provided by Hit Service Of America LLC or for a period within 12 months after the conclusion of any Service. The Customer acknowledges that Hit Service Of America LLC may suffer loss and damage, including, without limitation consequential loss, as a result of a breach of this clause by the Customer. Hit Service Of America LLC makes you liable for a $25,000 employment referral fee. By using our Services, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal services. If you breach this Section, attorney, legal, and miscellaneous expenses incurred to investigate and/or collect this fee will be added to your employment case when discovered. Please note that exchanging contact information is considered part of a breach of this Section.

Direct, unreported or inappropriate employment practices, unless they comply with law, are illegal. Hit Service Of America LLC is obligated to report illegal hiring activities. Implication, complicity or withholding knowledge of illegal activity is not only prosecutable by Hit Service Of America LLC, but also generally under United States federal, state, and local laws.

Job Quotations

The actual price payable by the Customer is calculated on the flat rate pricing system, we call Hit Service Of America LLC Price Book, which is based on cost in cleaning material, labor, areas to be cleaned and travel costs. Any price quoted by Hit Service Of America LLC is an estimate only based on Hit Service Of America LLC’s experience, without inspection and based on information provided by the Customer. When our technician/cleaners get to the job, they will access the job for an accurate quote. If at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by Hit Service Of America LLC, Hit Service Of America LLC will provide the Customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the Service, all services provided by Hit Service Of America LLC will be completed as quoted, whether the services exceed the first quoted price and the services are completed the customer acknowledge that any failure to inform or request exact scope of work to the back office will result in the customer being liable for any provided and completed services that exceeded the quotation price.

Payment Terms

The Customer agrees to pay the price quoted by Hit Service Of America LLC in 50% of the sub-total price prior to or at the Service Time, unless otherwise agreed in advance with Hit Service Of America LLC. If no payment has been made by the Service Time, Hit Service Of America LLC will use reasonable endeavors to contact the Customer for payment. 

In the event that Hit Service Of America LLC cannot contact the Customer or payment is not made by the Service Time, the Customer will be deemed to have canceled the Service, and the Customer must pay any cancellation fees. Payments may be made via credit card.

Late Payment Fee

Where Hit Service Of America LLC has agreed to invoice the Customer for payment of fees after the Service has been completed, the Customer agrees to pay in full, all fees due, within 7 days of the invoice date for commercial cleaning.

Residential cleaning customers agree to pay in full upon completion of the job. The Customer agrees that if Hit Service Of America LLC has not received payment in full for the Service by the end of the service performed day a late payment fee of $35 applies for the first month. 

Interest will be charged on the fixed rate of 10% per annum on each day that any amount remains outstanding thereafter. In addition to the amounts set out above, the Customer agrees to indemnify Hit Service Of America LLC for all legal costs (on a solicitor and own client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and other expenses incurred by Hit Service Of America LLC in connection with a demand, action, or other proceeding (including mediation, out of court settlement or any action taken for recovery of debt from the Customer) arising out of a breach of these terms including the failure by the Customer to pay an amount by the due date.

Non-Appearance

If a Technician/cleaner fails to attend the Premises within 2 hours of the Service Time window and does not provide the requested Service, Hit Service Of America LLC will provide the Customer with either: a full refund of payments made by the Customer; or offer to reschedule the Service at another time mutually agreed between the Customer and Hit Service Of America LLC.

Fee For Non-Access To Premises

In the event that the Customer does not provide unencumbered access to the Premises for Hit Service Of America LLC or its Technicians to provide the Service, the Customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total cost (inclusive of GST) for administrative and travel costs.

Termination

The Customer acknowledges that any information provided by the Customer may be used by Hit Service Of America LLC for the purpose of providing the Service. Hit Service Of America LLC agrees not to share any information provided by the Customer with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the Service (unless required to do so by law). The Customer agrees to Hit Service Of America LLC communicating with them electronically and/or via other means in order to provide the Service or for reasons related to the provision of the Service. Hit Service Of America LLC will take all reasonable precautions to protect personal information provided by the Customer from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction

Unethical order & Cancellation Policy

  • In case of any product purchase is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing the offer terms, guidelines, codes the particular orders will be canceled whatsoever and www.hitserviceofamerica.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
